I’m a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

With Over 7 years of experience as a Microsoft CRM developer and consultant, have worked on multiple projects involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies – D365/2016/2015/2013/2011 for various clients. My expertise includes Analyzing the customer problem, Developing, Customizing & Implementing the solution. I also have hands on experience on customer care products like Customer Care Framework (CCF), Customer Care Accelerator (CCA) and Unified Service Desk (USD 3.1).


  • Performed UI tool evaluation and suggested some of the best third-party UI tools to the client through intensive research. These tools were used as part of project.
  • Studied the concepts of Physics and 3D Math’s and gained proficiency by applying concepts of Artificial intelligence and Physics programming in game Design and Development.
  • Lead a team of 5 People in training them to work as CCA/USD Consultants for Microsoft. I was acting as trainer and mentor for the team. Conducting mock interviews and evaluating team progress accordingly.
  • Worked as Product Support Engineer CCF2009/2008 (Customer Care Framework) in Microsoft. Solved customer issues by releasing hotfixes and release for product.
  • Worked as Solution Consultant for Infoman group, and involved in writing Infoman SDK as a wrapper around MSCRM SDK
  • Ambassador award, awarded for “For the really good performance in the last sprint” and “We deliver with excellence” to the client.

  • Unified Service Desk 4.0 – Integrated various Line of Business, Common Telephonic Interface & Dynamics 365 in USD enabling faster and seamless operations across the client call centers.

C Centric Solutions PVT LTD

  • Developed customer ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) on Dynamics 365 for Banking, Insurance and Asset management companies in Financial Domain.

Affluent Global Services PVT LTD (Microsoft Global Delivery)
